What the integration does

• creates a Zoom meeting in one click, right in the card;
• schedules a meeting for a chosen date and time and adds a CRM task;
• writes the join link into the card feed;
• shows meetings of the card and of the whole account on a chosen date;
• records actual start, end and duration of a meeting;
• attaches the cloud recording link and the transcript when they are available.

Data

The integration works with the topic, time and link of a meeting, and with the Zoom user identifiers needed to pick a host. Recording video and audio, meeting chats and conversation content are not requested.
